Literally one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in ages. Beautiful space, amazing food (I highly recommend the grilled octopus appetizer) and friendly, efficient service. Oh - also interesting cocktails and a nice wine list with many good options depending on your mood. They perfectly executed the special requests I added to my reservation and recalled them as soon as we checked in. Thank you, Cinquecento, for making our Christmas Eve a very special one!

My husband and I were spending a couple of days in Boston for our three-year anniversary. A friend of mine who lives in Boston said Cinquecento was his favorite place in the city, so we booked for our anniversary dinner yesterday. It was one of the best meals of our lives. They greeted us with a "happy anniversary" right away and gave us a card signed by the staff. We ordered the mussels, squid ink pasta with clams, spaghetti with tarragon and crab and Brussels sprouts. Everything was amazing. The complimentary champagne and intermezzo courses were such a special and amazing touch. Emily, our server, was excellent, attentive and gave great suggestions - especially for wine. Thanks so much for a great evening.
Such a wonderful and hidden little gem of Boston. You don't need to be in the North End to get some great Italian. Atmosphere and service is wonderful.
You can sit inside outside and they have private functions. Staff is highly competent with impeccable service. Great flavors and great options.
Went there for fathers day and the place was pretty busy but the service was fast and efficient! They had a pre fixed menu as a a special that had 3 different brunch items & came with juice as well as coffee. The tiramisu French toast and the eggs were made to perfection. Definitely a good place to try. Also the parking lot next to them is where you can find ample parking and can get free parking for 5 hours if you get your ticket validated from the restaurant!
The outdoor patio is great in the warm months. And there is a nice bar. But the dining room can get very loud on a busy night (acoustics aren't so great). The food is pricy, but inline with the upscale restaurants in the area. The food is always good, I love the mushroom soup.
I have been here for drinks and have gotten one app. But it was good enough to make me one to come back! We got the burrata and the bread that came with it was so yummy so naturally I was sad there were only two pieces. As far as atmosphere goes, the staff is friendly and the restaurant itself is a little on the darker side but it makes sense when you look around at their decorations. They created columns with bottles lined up and those are lighted up, I'm probably doing a terrible job describing it. It's really cool so you'll have to come see it yourself. Overall great experience and it's pretty close to where I work, so this may become a regular sport.
Right next to SoWa district, well designed and have a nice atmosphere. Great place for drinks too. Love the Panna Cotta.
It's a delightful place, with great tapas and a graceful host. Perfect place to meet with friends. Great for small events, intimate and just dangerous enough.
The ambiance and food here is always a pleasure.
Had a big birthday party here and they were very accommodating
I've been here several times now. Each time I have been very happy with the experience. The appetizers, meals, and dessert have all been very good. The wine list is good, priced well, but strictly Italian. Not a bad thing but requires some navigational help from the waiter. Two complaints: 1. The parking, while free with validation, is about as tight as possible. 2. It is loud when busy. Music is loud, too.

You are amazing and I am sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you in person to thank you. Thank you to the waiter and bartender for your kind and courteous service. We ordered the brunch and had a beautiful buffet set up for the event. The food and drinks were delicious. I couldn't have asked for more!! The private room we had the event in was so cozy and inviting. This was my first time at your restaurant and when I am in the Boston area, I will definitely be back. Thank you again for making my daughter's bridal shower so special!!!
