We have known Chef Ting since he first opened his first Oishii in CH. Creativity and authentic sushi creations have always been constant. The white salmon with gold foil and truffles amazing. The desserts are art.

My white salmon was exquisite, over the top. I have never had a bad food here. I'm coming back again and again :)

We had the best, delicious Japanese food here and the service was top notch. Loved everything we ordered on the menu! Would highly recommend and will definitely visit this place again.

I often come to the United States for business trips, but usually there is not much good food. However, this time is different. I particularly like their sushi because it tastes fresh and the sushi rice is very soft. The texture of the sashimi is soft and delicate. The decoration of the restaurant is full of elements of Japanese culture, and I recommend everyone to come.

Nice vibe, service was a bit annoying tho. My friends were still eating but the server came several times wanted to take plates out. Food was good but small miso soup costs $8 per bowl? Too much

I tried the Chicken Fried Rice, Wagyu Beef Maki, and Oyster Sushi at Oishii Boston. The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive, checking on me after each dish. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere with pretty decorations and dim dark lights making it a perfect place to have conversations with friends and family. My only gripe was the lack of a visible sign outside, making it a bit challenging to find initially. The price is little bit to the higher end but the flavors were delightful, prompting a desire to return for more culinary exploration. I do suggest this place to others. The 4 star cause there's always room for improvement with the dishes and the taste.

Had a great experience here every time I've been. Some really unique offerings such as the salmon on fire that have a gimmky presentation but also taste delicious. The fundamentals are great: good selection of sushi to choose from with high quality fish that breaks apart very easily in your mouth. I loved the savoriness of the squid ink pasta. Would definitely recommend this for first time patrons. Also very creative presentations for desert. And delicious too!

This place was on our list since a long time and finally we visited it yesterday. Me and my husband, we both are vegetarians (who eat eggs), so we were a little unsure of what we could get but to my surprise they have decent number of options for vegetarians. We tried the Veg Dumplings, veg Maki and the veg fried rice. Veg dumplings were hot, crispy and freshly made; I was soo happy that they weren't oily. It came with some dip which was sooooo delicious thar we ended up ordering one more plate of it. The veg Maki was also nice and light. The vet fried rice was just perfect. The highlight was the coconut sphere, it was the perfect dessert for us. It wasn't too sweet and heavy. It was just perfect to have after a heavy dinner. The only thing I didn't like was the location of our table, they had a small room in the basement where there were 3 tables and one of it was ours. I just wished the tables were a bit far apart, coz all three tables were so close to each other that we could hear what the other person on the table was talking. I hope they remove 1 table atleast from there.

Nice sushi place in Boston, with plenty of options in sushi , sashimi and other options. Great selection in cocktails, wine and Sake. Their Wagyu beef selection on appetizers is excellent. Highly recommend this place for a good time and if you love sushi this is the place. The service was excellent and very helpful as well as the ambience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oishii for its omakase and overall, my experience was positive. I would rate this restaurant 3.7 stars out of 5. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the dessert, which was a chocolate lava cake and vanilla sherbet ball. Absolutely amazing. The first three courses were also quite impressive and left me feeling satisfied. However, the main course, which were a sushi combo, was quite disappointing- the fish were not fresh and super chewy. As someone who enjoys sushi, I was disappointed by this aspect of the meal. That being said, the service at Omakase was top-notch. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience. It was clear that they wanted to make sure that all of their customers were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, while the sushi course left something to be desired, the other courses and dessert were quite good. If you are looking for a upscale, nice dining experience - they are worth considering.

Food and service was excellent except the hot stone steak did cause a lot of smoke and oil flying everywhere, your shirt hair glasses and anything on the table, which wasn't very pleasant but the beef turned out very tasty.
