Phenomenal meal, I've eaten all over the world and this meal is in the top 3 of the best meals I've ever had. This meal, a meal in Paris, and a meal at a restaurant called Maypop in New Orleans are my top 3. The service was extremely kind, the sushi chefs in front of me were having fun and very interactive. The omakase blew me away and the flavor explosions were just incredible! Truly an amazing restaurant and you can taste the passion in every bite! Thank you!

I went to Clio on Friday, April 3rd, and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! The service, ambiance, food, and drinks were all outstanding. Our server's name was Harrison and he was so polite, attentive, and educated on Clio and the food that it blew me away! I had him choose a cocktail for me, any cocktail, of off the "Innovative" section on their cocktail menu, which I believe parts of this cocktail menu changed daily, as there was a date at the bottom of it. The drink was delicious! I went with a group of 5, two of which ordered a 5-course meal and one ordered a 9-course meal. Both were timed in amongst me and a friend who ordered just one course, but what was amazing to me was that all three people who ordered both 5 & 9 course meals all got their first and their last dishes together; it was timed to perfection! Having worked in the industry, and being a bit OCD myself, I was very impressed with this. The freshness and uniqueness of the food was one of the many reasons I will return to Clio. Every dish contained different flavors and interesting combinations, and the seafood was some of the freshest I've had. The ambiance was calm, with beautiful abstract art and big mirrors lining the walls. The earthy tones of the dining room made it feel very relaxed and sophisticated. The music varied from Jazz to Ed Sheeran and Etta James, which I liked. I am 22 years old, and I appreciated all that this restaurant had to offer. The food was the best I think I've ever had, the service was definitely the best I've ever had, and I just felt comfortable and at home here which isn't easy to achieve in a fine dining establishment all the time. I highly recommend going to Clio! The staff and the food are out of this world!

The food here was incredible. Elegant without being stuffy. The service staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out items to try. The place is expensive, but if you have the money to treat yourself, I’d highly recommend you visit.

The bar was a little tight for seating, but otherwise what a MAGICAL experience! Holy cow! Cannot possibly recommend enough the Madai - sea bream, the toro fatty tuna with aged soy and caviar, and the barracuda with blueberry and pomegranate. Also, we went out on a limb a bit with the fried chicken Bao buns and WOW - I haven’t had fried chicken that well-prepared in ages! It came out hot, crispy and even, and the Thai basil added lovely flavor in every bite. Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

I’ve already made another reservation! It took us a minute to order since we had to look up some of the ingredients, but everything we did end up ordering was incredible. We ordered the chutoro (medium fatty tuna) again because it was so good.

First time in Boston, and shockingly the food here has been really bad. But Uni is an exception. Amazing food. Loved it. I wouldn't call it a traditional sushi restaurant, but they do have sashimi and nigiri. The miso eggplant was amazing along with the fried chicken bao bun.

Wowww loved sitting outside. My date had the Emotional Detachment which was robust and balanced, full flavored of love. I had the salted Nonalcoholic cocktail and I ordered a second one I was so in love with it. Everything we had was special. The pasta and mushroom dish was my favorite. I love foie gras, had it with the spicy tuna, it did not disappoint. Brussels 10/10. Veggie roll. 💯 Tofu was nice too. David our server was sweet.

I loved eating at Uni! The vibe was really cool and the seating outside was wonderful. The food was a 8.5/10, super creative while still being delicious. They had some basic dishes like the Brussel sprouts but hit the mark great. For the more creative dishes like the crab fried rice they managed to combine a bunch of flavors that you wouldnt think taste good together. They made it work though! The pineapple and crab with the rice was great, the cherry, lemon, and hamachi were a great combo. And the scorpionfish had a similar thing going on too. The fried chicken bao buns were something I had never seen done but they did it great. Dessert was served creatively, as you can see with the white chocolate mousse, however, i wouldnt get the mochi again. 8.8/10

Start to finish one of our favorite experiences in a while! Jen was great! She was fun and had fantastic recommendations! Really made us feel welcomed! Was nervous about seating and space at sushi bar but we had more than enough room. We really enjoyed our time tonight! Thanks for great food, drinks, and service!

Our dinner at Uni was an incredible experience with a phenomenal world tour of flavors. They are not restricted to one style and pull from various cultures and techniques to create a unique and memorable food experience. Full disclosure: I am not a fish/seafood person. I avoid it at all costs. But as a home chef and someone who loves to try new things, I knew this was the place to take risks. That bet paid off handsomely. We ordered a few appetizers, and my wife had some delicious sushi. I trusted our sushi chef's recommendations for a cooked item and sashimi for the main event. The Spanish Octopus - a sous-vide and smoked octopus with mole blanco, enoki, and rocoto - was spectacular. I did not know that octopus could taste like that. Incredible texture - not chewy, not rubbery - but rather lusciously meaty! The mole blanco was subtle - it did not overpower the octopus - but at the same time, it was absolutely incredibly executed. Tremendous dish. While my wife was surprised I was enjoying this so much, her face showed genuine intrigue when the sashimi arrived. For this adventure, we got the Madai - Sea Bream served with parsnip, Marcona almond, and aged sherry vinaigrette. The presentation was beautiful and immediately drew me in. The fish was light, airy, and straight-off-the-boat fresh (plane in this case). The flavors were absolutely dancing on my palate. The parsnip crema was both ingenious and mind-blowing. It was an unexpected earthy element to an otherwise springtime dish. I've been fortunate to have had great meals in great restaurants throughout the world. This is easily a top 5 experience for me. Considering I don't eat fish or seafood, that speaks volumes to how good the experience at Uni was.
