First time eating johnny's and I loved it. Their crust is so delicious. I ordered the hog heaven and I enjoyed it so much. My wife enjoyed it as well. We would recommend johnny's if you have never tried it, but I would stick with the specialty pizzas, even though they are more expensive, I think they are worth it but if you like a plain sausage or pepperoni or even cheese pizza there are way better than your average pizza! I also ordered the sausage and pepperoni for my kids so I tried them both but to me , I'll stick with the hog heaven!

Great good, reasonable price, professional, friendly staff. It has a feel of walking right into the 1980s. 5/5 will definitely eat here again!!

Ordered for pick up last night 10/4/20. Walked in & the place was dirty. We're not from here, so maybe that's a fluke, maybe not. The young man at the counter couldn't muster up a single word for us, let alone a smile or good attitude. He literally only nodded at us with a sour look on his face when asked questions. Got back to the hotel & the loaded bread was so hard we couldn't eat it. Pizza was thin crust altho we ordered "regular". Not sure if thin is their regular ?? Peppers were missing from pizza, hardly any toppings vs the sauce. Not happy with any of it. Over all not a pleasant experience. Will never come back or recommend.

We are brand new to the area, and we wanted to try something different. What a mistake! Last night was our first time trying this place and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an online order for pick up and went in at the time I requested. As I walked in, there was a gentleman at the cash register having a conversation with another lady that sounded personal and someone working the drive through. I made eye contact with both and neither said anything to me. A couple of minutes later, Chantelle walked up and looked at me, said nothing and proceeded to watch a video with this lady. A few more minutes past and I finally asked her if she could get my pizza that I was there to pick up. I explained that I had been waiting for a while and no one asked if I had been helped yet. Her response was, “well why didn’t you say something?”. Common customer service when a customer walks into your facility would be to ask how can you help them. She argued back with me for a while and I had to repeatedly ask her for our food so I could leave. Then she made a comment that she better shut her mouth before she says something and I replied that would probably be a good idea and she told me to shut my mouth. I left extremely upset at the way I was treated, called back and asked for the manager. Chantelle answered the phone and placed me on hold. A manager named Evan picked up and completely missed the mark on making anything better. Evan didn’t sound like he was a manger because all he could say was I’m sorry that happened to you and I will talk with her. I did ask him if the best he could do was apologize and he asked me “ what do you want a pizza card or something?”. With that type of attitude, I’m not surprised the employees there act the way they do. Needless to say we will never be back.
