I enjoyed my visit to Dunkin Donuts in Bossier with my son. I enjoyed some great coffee and donuts. My son liked the TV and the pleasant atmosphere.

Almost everyone was outside with the delivery guy. It left one person in the store trying to fulfill customer orders. Food suffered because of it. I will go back to see if it improves.

I love this Dunkin's. Their presence on Facebook is fabulous. Delicious coffee and ghost pepper donuts. Fast drive through. One of the workers had my order all confused on Saturday but I ended up with free donuts so I can't complain. I'll be back for sure!

Ordered from waiter. They didn't have exactly what I wanted BUT one of the workers at Dunkin called and got everything sorted out! I wish I had gotten her name! Her customer service and kindness was EVERYTHING AND MORE!!!!!! Will be returning to this location wether I pick up, eat in, or get it delivered. I hope my Dunkin Girl sees this and knows how awesome she's doing! Thanks again!

This location is almost always out of half their donut varieties. The breakfast sandwiches are decent, but I'm staring at $30 down the drain since my kids won't eat any of the donuts I had to replace with my order.
