The kids like to go there, but unfortunately the last 3 or 4 times, the food is old, cold and hard. My fries were hours old, while the kids had fresh fries. I told the kids we can’t go back.

Waited 30 minutes tried calling on speaker to explain that we never received our order never answered we finally left. This is t the first time this has happened. We will be bypassing the Borger Sonic and going to Dumas from now on.

I love my Sonic but they're starting to get orders wrong more often. Please don't turn into McDonald's.

When I ask for something diet I would like the person taking order to do it right or to put order in correctly. I'm a diabetic and can't afford to have a spiked glucose reading

Disgusting and would not eat here again. Food is burnt, old, cold and missing items.

Always friendly and smiling. They never run out of anything because management is on point. My orders are always correct and satisfying. I won't even go to the McDonald's anymore because sonic does it faster, more proficiently, and always good.
