So who's bright idea was it to have Flora closed at 3pm , ON MOTHER'S DAY?????????...... Good job, that just brought you down to one Star 💫... The bakery needs work, they tend to over bake their cookies, if they were to pull them just a minute or two sooner they would be nice and soft, also bring back real donuts, otherwise there's no point in having a bakery you might as well just call it a place that makes cakes

Paid for their membership to get my groceries delivered to me, they have since changed it so they only deliver after 4pm the next day after you order, which is too late for me. I have COPD or I'd shop my own. Because they no longer deliver on the day or the night before you purchase, you can not take advantage of any of their fuel saver specials. A couple of days ago they dropped off groceries after 5pm and did not let us know. We had frozen meat sitting out their for two hours! Another time, they said they did not have the buttermilk that was on sale, but so happened we had to go get a prescription in just 10 minutes after I was told they didn't have any Buttermilk (It's always a RARE deal if they have many of the things they advertise). Their prices are far and above higher than Walmart, but I was willing to compromise for the delivery and fuel saver advantage. No more. I'm trying to have them give me the bulk of my membership fee back since it's not even 4 months old, but of course, no one will ts;l to you. I have shopped at this Hy-Vee since 1990, but no more. They have become a money hungry place where the rude employees come first and the customers come last.

I was shocked how bad the produce looked, and very disappointed that they expect folks to buy it. The green peppers were horrible looking. Almost every grape and green pepper in the store needs to be thrown out, not even fit to give away. And the stores footprint is too small for all they are trying to sell.
