Pizza Ranch

Words cannot describe how phenomenal Shane is! He's professional, polite, consistent, punctual, and fast-paced. I was amazed at the amount of joy, energy, and effort he put in to his role, and he simply thrived. I'm not sure who runs this place, but respectfully, that man deserves a raise. I mean that wholeheartedly. It has legitimately been years since I've seen a server/host with that type of energy and meaning behind what they do. I hope you guys so something nice for him. Oh, and the food was hot and fresh too. Thank you Pizza Ranch, as well as your awesome staff member!

Normally i like Pizza Ranch, but this particular location is always lacking in the pizza buffet. There were literally only 2 pizzas to choose from the entire hour i was there. The salad bar was good though. They do offer to make whatever pizza you want, but i think there should still be more of a selection without having to request anything.

Me and my daughter were up they area shopping plus we had just moved up in this area and stopped here to ear since we had a Pizza Ranch in the town we moved from. We usually get the buffet whenever we've gone to any Pizza Ranch and have always enjoyed our time there and can't remember ever having a bad experience. But instead of maybe only being 10 min from the Pizza Ranch where we previously lived, this particular place in an hour drive each way. I'm sure whenever we are in the area we will stop there again but may even find one closer in the meantime.

Boone location needs work and staff needs customers service training. The price hike is not deserved. It's too high for this area. Staff is watering down Mac n cheese into a gloppy soup and people are not eating it. The soups are not labeled. More often than not the cookie desert is severely undercooked. Staff us rude to customers and don't fix complaints. It's too cold in the restarant which seems intentional. Makes us. It want to eat there anymore. Chicken is still good and pizza is hit or miss. Some staff are very nice but seem unable to fix complaints because " meh management." The price needs to drop back down to about $10. You don't offer enough food to charge $15.

I'm honestly not one who loved pizza ranch. My daughter and I were starving driving back from a friend's house and she wanted some pizza pie. I ordered and within 20 minutes I was walking out with a pizza. Two HUGE things that I'd like to compliment the business on. As a parent the first one is admirable and responsible. We were waiting in the car for it to be done and my daughter needed to use the restroom. She went in and when she got done with the bathroom and came out a gal working there asked if she was by herself and if she was ok....... Take that in for a second. Far to often we notice something that looks or feels off but we just stay quiet and look the other way or simply say nothing. As a society we need to start doing what this girl did with my daughter and step up and ask questions we may not like the answer to, because it's such a scary world out there today regarding the safety of our children. My daughter the preteen couldn't understand at first, but this action of taking responsibility and helping others was a Segway into a great conversation on safety and well being with my child. Well done Pizza Ranch Second great thing was the people's attitude inside and on the phone. So sweet and helping. Nothing but good to say about the gentleman and his team members.
