My husband and I eat here occasionally because we want a quick taco or burrito.
It is good for a quick stop. What I wanted to complain about was their new soggy, flimsy, soft nacho fries. Omg! Why even bother.???
If you cannot make crispy hard fries that can stand firm so you can atleast dip them in the thick nacho sauce without bending or mushing into it or getting stuck then do not have those fries as a new side item. They were awful!!! The taste was fine but definitely undippable!!! Please fry your fries crispy and firm. You might as well forget the dipping sauce if you want to continue making them soft and mushy.

The food was nice, the staff were so sweet (and so fun), and the atmosphere was amazing! The workers heard thunder and immediately started singing Thunder by imagine dragons. They even had the Bob Ross channel playing. 10/10 experience

The service at this Taco Bell is great! I think they have a new manager (Tina) who is very attentive and wants to make sure each person has a nice experience. Yea Boone!!!!

I got the 3 soft tacos with a blue raspberry freeze to drink and I asked for plenty of mild sauce, with which the kind lady happily obliged. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience here was that the food was on the more expensive side. But I can't really hold this against Taco Bell because food is going up everywhere these days; that's not something that is consolidated only to Taco Bell.

Pretty bummed today. Ordered the chips/cheese and this is what was in my bag? I think there’s what, 4 complete chips in the bag? Even the Power Bowl salad is really skimpy.

I know food costs have gone up, but your quantity has decreased substantially while your prices have increased. We visit here at least 3 x/ week.
Total was $12.50 for these plus a drink??
I would have left one star instead of 2, but the employee was friendly.
As vegetarians, Taco Bell is usually our go-to for fast food options.

Hunter at the drive thru window is always very kind and makes sure you get sauces and napkins with your order. The food is always great and fresh, and in my experience this Taco Bell is one of the best, hands down. I've never had to wait in a long line here, which is remarkable for a Taco Bell in a college town. Y'all are awesome and deserve more than five stars!!!

I like this Taco Bell. There food is always good. And the little lady that takes money at the drive through is my favorite! I think I go just to talk to her. She is ALWAYS there, and she is an absolute joy!

This Taco Bell has some really awesome people that work there.
First you’ve got Sabrina in the drive thru, super nice, professional, prompt. Even asked me about sauce (which I always forget to get/ask for).
You could tell the whole crew really gets along (you can just hear it in their voices.)
They all know how to work together get the food out fast without loosing the quality. Honestly, (as the kids say “No Cap). - I have a Taco Bell by my house, and the beef I just had on my Taco was the freshest and most flavorful I’ve had I think, ever.
Thank you, Manager Jeremy, employees Bree (who motivated me to get dinner there in the first place), Sabrina, and George, and the rest of the crew (I know there were a few more but, I wasn’t able to get your names).
