I have never seen a DQ as busy as this location and I live in STL.. service was fast, accurate andnfriendly!

Today is my son's 18th birthday. He wanted an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. I went to Bonne Terre Dairy Queen this morning. When I went in, the big freezer that they keep their ice cream cakes in, was empty. Their freezer had went out in the night, and everything was thawed and had to be thrown away. there were no cakes for birthday. Owner looked for blanks, hoping to have one to use. There wasn't any. He did go back and find a blizzard cake. And put Thomas' name on it for me. I've been in other Dairy Queens, but this is definitely my favorite. IT is always clean, the kids are always friendly. (I could possibly be biased, I fed most of the kids when I worked in the kitchen at school.) Thank you again for helping me out today. My only decision now is: Apple Pie or Pumpkin Pie Blizzard!!!

This is the only Dairy Queen I will buy from. John & Stephanie have very high standards. They still work right in there with their employees.
It’s unfortunate that their dining room has been closed for over 2 years now. I can only assume it’s due to staffing issues. The drive through is the only option, so there will be a line.
We were grabbing a late dinner around 8:30pm and there were 5-6 cars in front of us. But, other than when people are having a hard time deciding what to get, the line moves quickly. There is quite a healthy selection of meal options, including more basic choices that come with a small sundae.
We didn’t have to wait very long at all for our food once we arrived at the window and the staff working here made us feel appreciated. Very friendly for sure.

Yesterday went through drive thru and ordered something that seemed a bit expensive. When I got to the window, the young woman who took my money reviewed my order before making it because she suspected I might think I was getting something different from what I wanted. She was correct. She was so wonderful and pleasant. Small thing, but it really made my day. Good, service always .
Everything was great last night at the drive thru! Dinner and a show. Husband really enjoyed the a$$ cheeks hanging out of the girls shorts! Very professional😂 But the food was really good😊
Fast and friendly. Very long line in drive thru since the lobby is closed but it moved very quick.
