Dairy Queen

It’s unfortunate that their dining room has been closed for over 2 years now. I can only assume it’s due to staffing issues. The drive through is the only option, so there will be a line. We were grabbing a late dinner around 8:30pm and there were 5-6 cars in front of us. But, other than when people are having a hard time deciding what to get, the line moves quickly. There is quite a healthy selection of meal options, including more basic choices that come with a small sundae. We didn’t have to wait very long at all for our food once we arrived at the window and the staff working here made us feel appreciated. Very friendly for sure. I would gladly return. :)

Yesterday went through drive thru and ordered something that seemed a bit expensive. When I got to the window, the young woman who took my money reviewed my order before making it because she suspected I might think I was getting something different from what I wanted. She was correct. She was so wonderful and pleasant. Small thing, but it really made my day. Good, service always .

Love DQ... but this is how my food was packaged when I got drive thru today... chicken strips with bbq sauce...and napkins just thrown on them. And that's apparently butter (?) On the toast... spent five minutes picking paper off of my strips. This after the person who waited on me said zero words, just shoved my food out the window at me. Bad form DQ. Probably just stick to the Farmington loc.
