If you go here, go before 5pm, I ordered cheese fries, got tots, there's suppose to be bacon on my burger, I got 2 of the most disappointing bacon pieces and my burger was dryer than Arizona and the bun was stale. Said they'd replace it right away, but I didn't have the faith to go back with the same crew working and will be going back around lunch.

Asked for marinara and cheese sauce. Both items labeled on our receipt. Neither item was in the bag, they didn't stir the iced coffee, first drink was bitter as could be. The first person who took our order had an attitude from the start. Time and time again, this location has been a disappointment in both quality and service.

I had my husband pick up dinner from here. This is the 2nd time I have eaten at this location, and officially will be the last. We got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was still raw. I am hoping that it came precooked, so no one will get sick.

Good food and very convenient app, but not great on the accuracy and even when ordering light ice, there is always too much ice in their drinks.

Kinda slow at getting ur orders tbh on average a combo takes 20 mins, also the sonic app doesn't wanna work at this sonic but every other is fine.

Well, I love sonic. I love the bags of ice most. Normally I have a very good experience but the last trip made me sick to my stomach. The food tasted old and had so much extra old grease that I was physically sick. Will continue to go tho

2 of our orders were wrong. They read them right on the ticket, but when we opened to eat they were totally wrong. I've never had this happen there before, so I was a little bit disappointed.
