Steak 'n Shake

When I walked in I could tell the place had been busy. This is the only reason I scored them 4 stars. There were only a couple tables open that were clean. Most of the tables were dirty. Almost all tables were empty. I ordered a 4 for 4. I was never given flatware or even a napkin. The waitress never checked on me. She brought me the bill before I even got my cookie.

I had a wonderful experience at this Steak 'n Shake. The reason for my visit today was due to an order mix-up earlier in the week. Not only was the staff friendly and courteous, but the manager Marcus went out of his way to get my new order correct and even gave me a small shake that I offered to pay for. It's not often you leave a restaurant smiling as I am. I would recommend anyone visiting this location.

The food is Vgood. The value for my money is great. I luv the vegetable soup. The jalapeño burger was great.My dining experience gets a 2 star rating. The table service was super slow. They were definitely UNDER staffed. My soup showed up well after my food was served. This not the first time this happens. Many others patrons were disgruntled for the same reasons. I'd been better off using the drive thru

Great place to grab some fast food. Employees are always nice and pleasant. The restaurant needs more cleaning but I think is because they are always under staff, the server does everything. Clean, picks up, and cash you out. As far as managers I NEVER seen one. It almost seems as theirs no one in charge just an overworked employees getting paid less than $5 and working super hard for their tips. The food is not the big deal but I did say, fast food.

You gotta have a bit of patience when going to Steak N Shake. There are times when it's slow and then times when it's busy. There is usually a low staff count than on the weekend and orders can get crazy. I usually order everything up front because sometimes we don't see our server again for refills unfortunately. However, I always see the staff working so hard and putting in the hard work to give us a great experience. I must commend them for that. Overall the food is delicious and there are many variations of the same products which makes it great if you want something new.

Steak 'n Shake is always a treat. Great food. The price is better than most other fast food restaurants, and the service is second to none. The shakes are fantastic. Well worth the price. Plus 1/2 price shakes week days 2-5pm. Great for the whole family. You can bring a family of 4 and not spend a fortune!

"This Is It" An absolutely attentive staff and food that blows every fast food chain out of the water. My only "real beef" no pun intended is the french fries with the parmesan topping, it is far too salty "You need to use less, in some cases less is more. Overall a wonderful experience for dine in and carryout....

Definitely worth the drive to this location instead of the northern one, food and service was prompt and quick, and the burgers we got were cooked to perfection. The gentleman on the grill even won a bunny from the claw machine and was nice enough to give it to my girlfriend. A kind gesture and fantastic services goes a long way in my book.

Reading the comments and seeing that the customer service is bad surprises me. I've only been here twice so far but I've been very satisfied. The sodas are as expensive as anywhere pretty much. The 4 dollars meals are a great deal. I've only seen and dealt with 2 servers but what I've seen from them is fantastic work. The only problem with the place is the center booths shake if someone at a different table is banging their hands on the table while talking. Corp should upgrade the seats. Other than that, this is my new favorite spot. Again, customer service was fantastic! Edit: I went in yesterday and had great service. One server was really sweet and talked to me about my car and how she had one like that. That made me feel really good when I've been feeling really bad.
