What can I say....the only thing that's changed about White Castle is it's prices. The burgers are still authentic as 40 years ago when I first started going there.

Went here for a free Veterans meal and the food was delicious, not rushed. The fries were hot and fresh. I am glad they have a choice; options 1-7 is the largest Veterans menu option, I've every seen at any establishment! I'm actually shocked. Normally you have an option of between 1 and 4 things to choose from. White castle has everyone else beat regarding that only! Their fries are like fair food I've always said. I love fair food. Crispy, fresh, crinkled and great with cheese.

This was actually my very first time ever going to White Castle in my life (I'm in my early 30's) and I LOVED IT! I don't understand why we don't have one in central Illinois, could y'all work on that? Lol

Ok, I know its White Castle but I just had to say, the service was excellent! Its clean in there and Norma and Samantha were fantastic. They were very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. It is just so nice to see people doing the best at their job and making a difference. A smile goes a long way these days.

Great staff at this location. What a wonderful lady they had to serve us. We had such a good time waiting for our 2 separate orders.

I was just there last night June 19 3am and It was the worst experience ever.
Now its July 4th 2:30am and this store has gotten a better crew on nights. Thank goodness.

Update the night shift is not available, I'm assuming due to short staff. The drive thru is open during days and the staff is very friendly. My burgers were not soggy and the fries and chicken rings were nice and hot!

Everyone loves some occasional White Castle. The appetizers were not very good, have to stick to the basic sliders. Did the Valentine's day and it was interesting and funny
