Bar Louie - The Promenade Bolingbrook

This spot is a 10/10 !!! I love my visits when Maxwell is bartending! He always goes above and beyond to make sure my drinks are perfect and has the best recommendations for food. The service is top notch highly recommended especially on a Tuesday for a great burger deal and guaranteed perfection from Maxwell on the drinks :)

I’ve never made a review in my life, but today is the day. The only thing I can recommend is that they need 1 more server during the day shift. My server, yesterday around brunch time, was AMAZING, to say the least. I watched her serve 5/6 different tables AND make and bring my husband and I our drinks in under 2 minutes. I believe there was only 1 other server. The drinks were great. Our food took a little long, but I saw only 2 girls in the kitchen and the whole restaurant was full. All in all, the entire staff who was present were very hardworking individuals and I felt like it needed to be recognized!

This bar was outstanding! The service was phenomenal and the drinks were amazing! The Bar tender was excellent, his name is Maxwell he was very helpful when it came to choosing drinks and he made sure to keep the energy high! The food was very good as well! The atmosphere was fun. It was a bit empty because it was a week day but the energy was definitely still there! The music could be improved, but it wasn’t terrible.

If you’re reading this, this is your sign to come to Bar Louie Bolingbrook. I’d love to recommend coming here solely for the food because it’s incredibly delicious. But the truth is customer service is the reason I’ve kept coming back to this location. If you ever have the pleasure to meet Stormie who is the manger here, just know you will have the most exceptional service. Stormie is a fantastic leader, there has yet to be one time I’ve set foot here and she’s not gone above and beyond her title to ensure customer satisfaction. To be honest, I believe she’s a big contributor to the success of this establishment. In the past, I didn’t have the best experience at this particular location and even considered not returning. But since she’s been a part of this team I have yet to be disappointed, and she always makes it a priority to accommodate myself and others. Stormie, in case no one has told you lately thank you, YOU. ARE. AWESOME! Here’s your reminder to keep up the great work because it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for everything:)

I absolutely love Dennis. He is charismatic, gorgeous and amazing. His service is not like what you would usually expect in Chicago-land. He brings small town vibes, with big city ability and charm. He went beyond the call of duty for my large party. He entertained, conversed and enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed him. Ashley was amazing and accommodating as ever. Love her and the environment she creates. Will be back again as always.

I showed up here on a Thursday night and was welcomed immediately with friendly and accommodating attitudes. You can’t go wrong by dropping in for a drink or hosting an event here. I highly recommend coming out and throwing back a few while you’re in the area. My bartenders were Alyssa & Kenny who were amazing and so much fun to talk to.
