Jackie and her team are always outstanding. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years consistently and I’ve never had one problem or complaint. They always make sure the food is stocked and fresh, their customer service is next level, and my food always comes out exactly how I want. I have been participating in their 20% off carry out deal on Tuesdays (used to be on Thursdays) for quite some time now and it’s always enough for my lunch and dinner. You can’t go wrong for carry out or dine in. I always go with the create your own bowl but their menu is also very expansive. I would definitely recommend this specific location anytime for lunch or dinner.

Been a few times to this place. Really like the option to make your own bowl. You can experiment with ingredients and make a custom dish you like. The selection of ingredients are pretty nice.
The corner we sat at was really hot when we got in, probably because of a vent above it, but it changed to cool air without even asking the staff about it.

Every time I come to this place it’s perfect. Love the food. They love the concept. Great drinks especially the Paloma. Great time overall service was excellent. Just a great overall experience. Definitely a must stop.

Initially when we walked in, everything was great. We were seated immediately and the waiters seemed very friendly. He explained to us the process and we went to select our food and give it to the grill masters. (They have a great selection of meats and veggies. Definitely a plus.)
We ordered the pork egg roll appetizer. It tasted okay but it was extra greasy from being deep fried. When I bit into a lot of grease dripped on my chest. (Not fun)
The problem came when we were waiting extremely long to receive our food. Customers that came in after us received their food before us. Finally my husband received his food before me. But I took my food to the grill before him.
( Weird )
We had to ask three people about my food being ready and after 15 minutes my food was served. Overall the food itself was delicious, but the service could be a lot better.

The manager Bobby has this restaurant in excellent order from the front to the back! Our server Nico gave my family and I The Nico Experience!
