Burger King

Went in to try the new impossible burger. Staff was kind and restaurant clean. To my surprise I got to pair a childhood favorite of SURGE with my meal from the freestyle machine. The new impossible Whopper is actually really quite good. It has a slight umami flavor reminiscent of an instant tonkotsu ramen flavor. The texture was very very similar to beef and if I had to choose one or the other (regular whopper) I think it would depend on the day. I didn't enjoy either more, but rather both equally. I don't usually come to Burger King but today was a good day in the world of meatless burgers.

This burger king has many many great things to offer the community. Not just hot food fast, it has what many places lack That's a TEAM. Even though many do not Have name tags and you guys know that I have not looked favorable on this when I write my reviews. However maybe I m just getting soft but I think it more because of Jon the asst. Mgr on duty. He's got a great attitude. Then he was quick to tell me about the education program. Then when the store mgr. Melanie came in she agreed that its important. This has undoubtably got to be the cleanest of cleanest bk I've ever seen. That's how and why I say its truly commercial ready. Go team your great....

I rather like Burger King, and I have been to this one several times. My food was great, fast, and correct. Which is important in that I have been to many places that could not get my order right. So why is this only 4 stars? Because the lobby closes at 6, and I typically work until 6:15-6:30. So that was a bit of a frustration, especially since there were 5 vehicles in the parking lot that were the employees. Most likely I would have been the only person going into the restaurant while everyone else would have been in the drive through. Something not their fault was that two of the vehicles ahead of me took about 5 minutes to actually place their order. It isn’t algebra, BK sells burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets/tenders, fries, and drinks. Not that difficult. But that is really a separate rant. I will return to this location again in the future. Great store.

Terrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude when I asked if they were still accepting the coupons we got in the mail. If you had a bad day take your a** home and don’t take it out on your customers because if you still have a job it is because people keep coming to your terrible managed restaurant. My visit was Sunday around 3pm hopefully some higher ups see this. Absolutely ridiculous how people like this can get away with anything because they are the managers of the place if you don’t like dealing with questions and or customers get yourself a job somewhere else. This is why people start being rude to fast food employees.

Staff was extremely disrespectful. I pulled up through the drive thru, literally sat there for 20 to 25 minutes, calling to the intercom until some chick came on and told me very bluntly "we're closed". I asked what time do you guys close? She replied today, right now. Unacceptable. Never going there ever again
