Came here to see Washed Out... I had never been in the building but drove by 1000s of times. It was much bigger than I expected and felt like I was visiting a piece of Boise history. And I guess I was based on all the old pics on the walls. The main hall acoustics were great as far as the concert goes. Kinda felt like I was in a gymnasium of an old high school. It was cool.

We saw a band here and it's a pretty cool place. It didn't seem to be at capacity but it was really really hot, their A/C must have been broken. Another weird thing was their security. They had like at least 8 security people on staff for a small concert (<200 people, venue the size of a basketball court), and they were literally running patrols marching in circles throughout the concert. I get what they were going for, but it just made me think they were actively looking for something/someone like there was some kind of threat, which just freaked me out honestly. A little overkill, tbh.

Had my wedding reception here. Abundant in character and charm, they basically gave us the keys to the place. We even lowered down the neon light out of the ceiling when the dance party really started ramping up. Staff was easy to work with and helpful at every turn. Price was super reasonable. Definitely recommend hosting an event at the iconic El Korah Shrine.

Excellent music venue with an old school charm. Perfect example of a classic building that can find new life through collaboration. Treefort Music Fest, working with the active El Korah Shrine, has created one of Boise's best music venue. The space comes alive with a multi-generational crowd during music shows. I look forward to it becoming even more enlivened with constant performances and events. Full disclosure: my husband and I like this place so much, we had our wedding there!

Went to a catered dinner. Though the facility is old it is a wonderful historical building. The food was wonderful. I would recommend this as a place to go.

We were there for a Halloween wedding. It was spooktacular! I'm sure this is a great place to rent for many different kinds of activities. It was clean, neat and employees friendly.
