Gentleman working the window was INCREDIBLE! I never expect such amazing and humorous service at a fast food restaurant. We will definitely go out of our way to come more often.

Chicken was not up to my expectations. Ordered Xtra crispy and got what looked and tasted like (texture wise) original recipe.qusrioed them about it and they insisted that it was Xtra crispy but oi hadn't turned out right. Had A & W root beer which was just as good as when I was a child.

Ordered the 8 piece bucket(2each breast, wing, thigh and drumsticks) 33.00 and ended up with 5 legs and 5 thighs to top it off most was rare (not ok with chicken). I totally understand being short handed but take each order at a time and do it right

I love this KFC! From pot pie to chicken & waffles!! Yes! Please! And their customer service is Beyond appreciated! They are so kind & helpful!

They didn't have any dark meat ready, but told me it would be ready very soon so I bought into it. They brought it out to the car with apology.
Only reason to knock down to 4 star is poor planning by management. The chicken was the best we ever had. Humm... maybe fresh cooked and not selected out from under the lights.

We went through the drive through last night. I discovered an item was left out of my order when I arrived home. I called them immediately and they were sorry for the error, and said I could come in the next day to pick up the item. We went back today, and the manager on duty refused to give us the item. She said we would have to come back the next day when the other manager was on duty. Terrible customer service!

The person at the window was very rude. And 30 minute wait for the original recipe chicken. Was overcharged by $3.00.
