Loved their food...however I had issues with gift certificates also. I received three gift certificates when my husband had heart surgery. I tried to order online and the gift certificates would not redeem correctly. They processed the card but not the order..so they redeemed the card with no order. I called and got no help from Diane (owner) with regard to making it right. Called four times....kept getting the answer she could not get answers. It is your business...you get answers!!! I would still be using if not for this problem....I say i lost over close to 150 dollars in gift certificates. If you are an owner you make it right....she would not call me back.

I gave this 5 stars, not because it is the same tasting food as a high end restaurant, but because it is what they advertise. Some dishes we like more than others, but they are all fresh, prepared well, and we are definitely eating better. My husband and I both work long hours and we weren't taking the time we needed to prepare healthy meals. We have been receiving our meals (lunch, dinner & snack) since Dec 29th. Except for one missed delivery due to snow, which Diane personally called us early that morning, we have received at our doorstep delicious meals.
We took advantage of the cooler deal where they provide the cooler which I highly recommend if you use them frequently. I haven't had one complaint about this business and am so glad to have them in the area.

They wouldn't honor gift certificates I paid for through radio station that they traded for to get free advertising. Food is bland. They are clueless on how to run a business. With there was a mistake with the radio station, they should take it up with them. Not pass it on to the consumer.
