Pizza is underdone consistently. 2 stars because they were friendly when I called and told them pizza was undercooked. They offered me a fresh pie. Pictures included are of the fresh pie. Definitely haven't lost my faith in Little Caesars as a chain, but won't visit this location again.

Last week I got a reheated pizza, last night my pizza was barely cooked or cut. Today’s pizza is barely cut!
This was my favorite location, really shines during the pandemic and lately there has been a lack of attention to detail. Will run this up the chain to corporate for sure. I come for the pizza, not the price.

I don’t expect much from Little Caesars but this was really bad. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and it took 40 min. One was over cooked and the other was undercooked and doughy. Same with the crazy bread. I was so disappointed that I ended up just eating a bowl of cereal at home.
Added a star because the one of the girls seemed like she was trying and offered a free pizza for the wait.

Man, ya just never know with this place. Hot? Yeah. Ready? Usually a resounding no. Cheesy? Woof, now there is a gamble. But hey, it's friggin pizza. So you know we are just going to keep coming back. And back. And then back again. Each time our hearts hot with shame but a belly ready for pizza.

I got there to pick up online order and it wasn't in the warmer box they were just sitting in the counter getting cold. They went to go get the brownies which honestly the brownies were a joke. But the pizza was good so it was alright.

Arrived when notified order was completed. Since I ordered 6+ pizzas and sticks with drinks, it obviously wouldn't fit in the ready boxes. The chick behind the counter was full of attitude, "whats ur order? It should be in there. Next." Really. No its not, it won't fit. "Fine, what's ur name?" Bring that it was right behind her, was able to leave before I decided to give attitude back.

Sat in the lobby for about 5 min or so with two other customers and nobody was in there. Then all three of the kids walked in from what I’m assuming was the back door and saw me and was like “ oh, we have someone out there”.. leaving the store is probably not a good idea..🤷🏽♂️
