This was a disgusting experience. I felt dirty when I walked out. The guy at the counter was eating and wasn’t being sanitary about it… and where the lids and straws were was absolutely disgusting. Idk why I even got food from this place. You can definitely tell that the workers there don’t care anymore. I didn’t take any pictures of the tables but most of the tables and the floors were dirty.

Can honestly say that they have definitely improved compared to the last 5 months they had. Won't bring up their past history but it is nice to see that they actually have somewhat of a crew put together. I went through the drive thru and it totally took me by surprise. My order was taken immediately upon pulling up to the speaker, I went to the second window to pay and next thing I know I was handed my hot meal. Glad to see that they're powering through and not giving up. Good-Job Burger King! 👏🎊

Honestly if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. It's really quite bad when the manager is ruder than the cashier. Its one thing if a customer makes an honest mistake when reading a receipt, especially when its been validated before. Initial cashier attempted to upcharge on a free whopper. When the manager came to fix, she was quite rude. I usually go to this one because its closest to me, but I think I'll pass or drive up Overland to the Other BK.

We went later at night there were only 2 staff members and I think one was pretty new they did their best and they were apologetic and super nice but our chicken fries were little rocks and there was so much mayo on my chicken sandwich I had to toss the top bun it was soggy the sandwiches were fresh and that may be what caused the soggyness. It seems the norm these days that businesses are lucky if they get 2 people to work the night shift.

Unfortunately I arrived at 10:20pm on Friday night their lights are on no closed signs but they are not taking any orders and are closed. I wish they would turn out the outside light or put a sign or at the very least answere the drive thru speaker if not. it's frustrating.

I went here yesterday with my friend and our kids. The lady in the drive thru was so high she could barely form a sentence. Neither of the employees had name tags. She didn't ask us what we wanted for our drinks and then continued to give us a hard time about a coupon. Then tried two different times to give us ice cream we didn't order, we just pulled around and went inside. The other guy working was just as high as she was. Our fries were old and refried so many times to the point they were brown, nuggets were partly frozen for my kids. The icee I didn't even order was basically syrup w no icee in it. I used to work at burger King and this is the most worst experience I've had. They even had the nerve to have a big sign outside saying they were doing interviews that day, by these two high baboons. 🙄

This burger king is one of the best to go too. It's because the top manager TAKES THE TIME TO TRAIN RIGHT. it shows when the manager cares about the customers. The crew will follow their lead.
