I had very nice friendly service! 5 stars for that, but food is definitely 1 star. They were out of jalapeños and I was fine with it, but I had to wait for my good for 10 minutes outside in the parking lot, and realized they gave no napkins when food was oily and needed something to wipe with, and my tacos was burnt which was really disapointting.. and not just one... my two tacos were burnt and tasted it like burnt tacos..maybe thats why it took 10minutes for the wait :( fries were good though!

Had the regular burger with L,T, M. It was prepared correctly but the tomato was sour and spoiled tasting.

Their customer service is horrible 90% of the time. I get my orders messed all the time.
Today I went in with my daughter. I ordered a shake but since it's not part of my normal routine I received my food and drink (I had to change twice because they didn't have what I asked for. I was told at the window) and proceeded to drive away. My daughter reminded me we were missing the shake. She goes inside and asks for it, one gal says "it will be out in a minute" super nice about it (remembers I'm a regular)
The gal that gave the shake to my daughter proceeds to tell my daughter "oh you guys are the ones that drove away" in a rude way. My daughter apologized for the mistake. Not sure why she feels the need to be rude. Mistakes happen, no need to bash a 13 year old because her mom drove off.

Had a terrible experience here late night on new years. This review is certainly coming late and I thought about not leaving it but the experience was bad enough. It was late and they were still open, the lady taking order via drive through seemed annoyed. Had an attitude while taking the order, when we pulled up she did not say anything just put her hand out for the payment. After the order was done and she was handing it over, the order fell to the ground. She simply closed the window , threw her hands up and said I dropped the order. We did not wait for them to re-make it, we asked for a refund instead. She did not want to give us one and asked another employee to deal with it instead. I hope that by now they have better people working there.

I don’t take to critiquing a location after 1 negative experience. I finally decided something needed to be said after multiple issues of the same type. This location like most fast food chains in the area are having their hours affected by a lack of staffing. So this store now closes at 10 PM instead of their usual 24 hours. I work down the street from this location and it’s directly on my route home after work. Multiple times I have arrived within 5-10 minutes of closing. Every time I am met at the drive thru menu board with silence. I’ll call the store from the drive through and get no response. I will pull up to the window and usually find the location empty. Last night I pulled up to the window and trying to order at 9:51 PM, other vehicles behind me… I was again met with silence. When I pulled to the window, they had full staff purely refusing to serve customers during operating hours. The woman in the photo literally gave me a thumbs up when I pointed out the time was prior to 10 PM, still, not so much as to open the window and give explanation. I feel bad for the owners of location with staff like this, they are already having to reduce their hours which affects their revenue. Then to have staff who literally turns away orders, three just in this experience… throwing away possible profit. It’s sad and for the owner… I am sorry, I hope you can find better staff because this crew is burning your money as if it comes free and easy.

This particular JOB is TERRIBLE! Do not got to this one. The sandwiches were pathetic and hardly resembled the ones you are expecting from EVERY other Jack in the box you have ever been to. One was completely missing all lettuce tomato and pickles, and even had bacon on it which it’s not supposed to! The chicken sandwiches were absolutely nothing like ones you’re expect! Sourdough jack was also pretty bad. Sloppy, and absolutely terrible wait time. The employees obviously didn’t even know what they were doing, perhaps all of them were on their first day on the job?

We had placed a family size order, nothing difficult and every item was not made correctly. There was no cheese on our supposed cheeseburgers, the wrong bun on another burger with no condiments on it and our fries tasted as if they soaked in burnt oil. This was the second time trying this location to give it another go and it was the worst. The gentleman on the intercom tried rushing us every time we tried to order an item. This place is absolutely horrible.

The staff here is very friendly! Due to my work I come here to use the restroom on a regular basis. The restrooms are always clean and if it's not clean someone cleans it very quickly. Will definitely be coming back here for my snacks and drinks!
