We don't have Blimpie's in salt lake so we always go when we come to town. There was a snafu with our order and they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. In a world with increasingly bad customer service this was a joy. Thank you for being wonderful!

My first time experience with blimpie subs was horrible. Overpriced and an extremely bland taste. 29 dollars for two large combo's is highway robbery. I'll never go back for the rest of my life. It's so horrible me and my wife want to return the food. I'd sugg suggest subway or port of subs.

We honestly had the best experience this morning! The girls in blimpie were so helpful and nice. Customer service 10/10. Food was great and they were patient with our big order.

Very helpful and patient staff. I stopped in because they are on a list of Partners from Gluten Galaxy. This is one of two Blimpies in the area, that offers this gluten free bread. These are the only sub shops (that I know of) in the area, that offer gluten free bread.

GREAT sandwiches as compared to those at places I only have to pick from in a smaller market (Subway and Jimmie John's specifically). Bread was fresh and soft, the seasonings were good and the portions of meat were fantastic as compared to the ones I was use to

Honestly customer service is key anywhere you work. I went in tonight tired and exhausted and made the order simple for the young lady with curly blonde hair that way I didn't have to repeat myself multiple times like all the times before this visit. Even said "No meals just the simple sandwich and two wraps" and instead of saying "I didn't hear you can you repeat that?" Her attitude came off as I was bothering her then repeats the same question she started with "What bread? What? What?" Then another gal came from back and asked if she needed help and even put gloves on and then walked by and at one point all three of the girls were behind the counter in one spot talking all while we stood and waited for them to finish the basic sandwiches with literally the basics and no extras. This all happens while there's an older man at the drive thru for Moxie just sitting there staring in the window waiting for his drink that wasn't even made yet because the three young ladies were doing other things. I definitely will make sure not to go there when they're there. Customer service is key to a successful business and I can see now that's why that place is slow most the time. Good luck!

Delicious sandwhiches with fresh sliced meats, friendly staff and great owner. They are open for seating indoors. It hits the spot when you want a sandwhich. It shares a store with Moxie Java so you can get a coffee pick me up too!
