Baja Fresh

I was very impressed by this place. I went for national burrito day ($5 burritos) and was very pleased. Employees were very friendly and all were smiling (really does make a difference!). The food was really good, I got a chicken Baja burrito. Very simple but not a bad thing. The chicken was absolutely delicious (WAY better than chipotle). Wish I could customize (maybe a BYO burrito would we awesome) or just more choices. Their salsa bar is great with 6 different salsas (would recommend the mango one!!), cilantro, jalopenos, and onions maybe. They always have coupons and will be coming back. Second time going: bowl was not as good and a little bland. The fresh salsas did help and the ingredients were very fresh but would rather go to Chipotle for bowl. Third time: I got a Ultimo burrito this time and it was very delicious. Better than Baja from original review. Much bigger and better flavor IMO. Salsa bar still remains great.

Not impressed with customer service. I had two punch cards - the last refused to take one of them but took the other. Gave no explanation why she refused to take it but looked at the initials and said no. It's almost full so that is really aggravating. They are only selling medium drinks even though there are no refills. They have large cups so why can't they sell them? Didn't feel comfortable inside so went outside to eat. The tables are filthy. I ended up eating in my car. The food is great but needs a lot of work in customer service.

We love Baja Fresh! It's so......FRESH! The salsas are amazing and we like that it is good, healthy Mexican food that doesn't make you feel like you've just ingested a gut bomb that is gonna hang around for the next day or two. The staff is friendly, the restaurant clean and the food is very good. The only thing we aren't super excited about is the "fast food atmosphere" (and the lack of locations) but it certainly doesn't keep us from coming back. When it is all said and done the food is where it's at - and Baja Fresh is our favorite Mexican food.

This is only my 75th or so time coming to this exact location... and I've never left upset or disappointed. We've only dined in a few times, normally it's to-go... and we always finish our food happy. The food is fresh... prepared perfectly... and the staff (although ever changing) is very nice. Sign up for their email program and they'll send you coupons regularly that are definitely worth while! ☆☆☆☆☆

So today I went in after work and order food. The gentleman at the front was very nice and helpful. When I finally got home and sat down to eat I took a bite of my burrito and the cheese had mold. I then called to inform them of my findings. I didn’t want nor did I ask for a refund or want anything in return other then to inform them so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was rude and very unprofessional. Instead of listening to her guest she kept telling me to send a picture and bring it back. I just got home from a long day and would rather eat something else. Horrible customer service! I hope she learns how to talk to her guests!
