Kanak Attack Katering

Used Kanak Attack to cater our wedding as well as the day after since we were doing present opening and Father’s Day combined! Let me tell you! The service was AMAZING and the food, even better! We chose to do the Pit menu for the day after and the Hawaiian for the wedding! We had a 200 person wedding and there was PLENTY of food to go around and even had 2 trays at the end of the night! I highly recommend!

We have used Kanak Attack more than once to cater lunch for our office in Meridian. The latest time was Jan. 21, 2022 and it did not disappoint. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken Plates and Kalua Pig Plates for 30+ associates. The food arrived on time and was delicious! I've never heard anyone complaining about any of the food when we order here. The Mac Salad and Veggie Fried Rice that come with the plates are good sides. We also ordered sides of Stir Fry Veggies and they were great. This time around they included extra chicken that we didn't order. This was really appreciated! It was all gone by the next day - it makes for good leftovers too! Kanak Attack is easy to work with and their food always pleases!

Stopped at the little quick location at the Boise Plaza. I ordered a basic salad. The lettuce they used was not only wilted, but it was bitter and tasted awful. It was the field greens mix. I couldn’t even eat it. If they were to change the lettuce to a better one, it might taste better. My husband got a sandwich. It was soggy, and not worth what we paid for it. Would not recommend.

I just tried Kanak Attack/Pineapple Express for the first time and I cannot say enough good things. The vibe in the restaurant was great with fun music, clean tables, and really friendly people working. The food was even better! I am a vegetarian, so it can be tough sometimes to find new foods to try, much tougher than it should be really, but this place had me covered! They had four different kinds of rice I could eat and all the salads were vegetarian! (The salads are pasta salad, edamame pasta salad, things like that, not lettuce salad, so it was even more fun!) Finally, the tofu was wonderful, really crispy and the perfect amount of sweet with the sauce and my coconut rice. Highly, highly recommend this place and I will be a frequent visitor! Yum.
