The trout! One of the best dishes I had lately! Never ate anything like that. Everything about their recipe is amazing. Definitely coming back for that trout in the future. The ambient is also a plus. The beer selection is really good. The Hefeweizen was delicious.

This was my second time visiting Diablo & Sons Saloon. Other than there being no onion rings available, this was an excellent visit. The service was prompt and friendly. All of the food was well prepared and tasted great and the drinks were delicious. The tacos were well presented and quite tasty.

I use to love this place but it has not sustained its original quality. The fish tacos were great but the artichoke tacos were greasy and full of the tough husk part of the artichoke I know the beer is a certain style but IPAs should not taste flat. Service is okay but definitely not the best…

The food was excellent, the service was lacking. The host was polite and friendly, but our waitress did not seem interested in providing service. Perhaps she was having a difficult day? It was our first visit. The food was wonderful. We just did not feel welcome and struggled to get a drink refill.

I am tickled to share my experience at Diablo & Sons in downtown Boise. Great location and I tried the ribeye steak. The photo shows it looked great and I was very pleased it was cooked perfectly to my instruction of medium-rare. It had a great grilled taste with excellent seasoning, not too much! T
