This isn't just any snowcone stand. This is the best shaved ice with the best customer service! Sandy (the owner) seems to know the name of every child in town, knows what is going on in all of our lives, and seems to really care about each and every customer. All while delivering service with a smile.

Hawaiian ice was ok. Lots of flavors. Would have liked more of the cream and the texture to be more of the shaved ice I've had in the past. The ladies who worked there were great. Kind of a long wait, but to be expected on a weekend. Great stop after a long bike ride.

The best snow cone place ive ever been! San antonio has plenty of snowcone places with lots of variety but nothing beats snowbiz! Ive been coming her since i was 13 years old with my family and we still come here. I grew up im boerne but live in sa and i drive all the way to borne just to get their leche canela that never gets old. The owner still remembers my family and what we love to order shes great! Its also in the middle of beautiful downtown boerne so you can sit, enjoy ypur snowcone and the beautiful view.

The snow cups were great and the girl even asked if we wanted the extras for the strawberry shortcake flavor. The 2 employees tried very hard to move the line along in the heat but it was so hot it wasn't pleased waiting for your order.

Fantastic establishment, fast service, and friendly and helpful workers. I love this shaved ice spot. It's a good location; right on the river. I like to drop by after a little walk. I only wish they were open earlier, but it's understandable that they would only be open during peak hours, especially during this pandemic.

I can't remember our first visit here but I can say the service, hospitality and smile Sandy brings have always remained constant.
We brought our pup here last year and a year later Sandy still asks about her and pays attention to her when she comes with us. That is the what makes this place so GREAT, a person who remembers the little things about you.
The menu offers many choices, with many sizes to choose from and each is served with that special something that brings us back.

LOVE this place! Just about any flavor of shaved ice you can imagine! Our ice shaver lady - very friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to "cool off" on a HOT day! We'll be regulars!
