Taco Bell

My family and I use to love Taco Bell but after last night we won’t be getting it again. When we received our food, the crunchy tacos were completely falling apart and felt like soft corn tortillas instead of taco shells, my mom had found weird white clumps in her burrito, we ordered chips and nacho cheese but didn’t get the chips, and a majority of the burritos just didn’t taste normal. I don’t even know what happened with that order and why it was that way, I wouldn’t recommend going to this Taco Bell. I would rather make the drive to San Antonio to get Taco Bell from a different location

Pulled to drive thru, guy was polite on the speaker. Got the order, noticed stuff was missing. Guy in the back making the orders yells "It's in all there". They were busy and rushing themselves and customers so we pull away, dig through and sure enough - we are missing several items. Lobby is closed so I couldn't go in. Called the store, no one answered. We waited in line again, told the guy we were missing stuff and he actually told us "I"m pretty sure we put it all in there". I'm not going to wait in line for another 20 minutes to rip you off for a few burritos. I paid for them, you guys didn't put them in the bag. You should know what was in there and what isn't. Nothing was labeled so it all looks the same, so we had to guess what was missing. Food was poorly put together and some of it wasn't even wrapped. Wrapper was literally folded in half so stuff was all over the bag. It was a hot mess. Last time I went to this location, they were closed (even though it was within their business hours). Second time here this happens. This will most definitely will be the last.

Pathetic amount of "steak" in my crunch wrap and the managers show of care is even less. I am no vegan to pay for a "one scoop" of meat that you can't even find in what should be one of the most flavorful meals... I couldn't even finish it. My son kept on swiping away the sour cream dripping from his tacos... What what a fall for TacoBell The only thing worth that one star is Baja Blast drink... i'll miss it.

This location is located in the Exxon Gas Station. While it has a dine=in area the dine-in is not open. They have a severe staffing problem that makes it hard to keep the posted closed time after 8PM so they frequently close early. The food was great. They were not afraid to fill up the tacos and burritos like every other Taco Bell, which was very surprising. I actually got full off the Cravings $5 Box. It would have been a 5 star review but I had to eat in my vehicle due to logistical issues. The restaurant and bathrooms are mobility impaired accessible.

I just stopped in for the bathroom. That won't happen again. The floors sinks n Camodes were absolutely disgusting. Not to mention there were no paper towels and the automatic hand dryer was broken. For having no indoor business I was mortified how they took care of their bathrooms even for their employees.
