Sisterdale Saloon

Very friendly place tucked away in the Hill Country. Bartender Holly, was very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this place. So enjoy a nice day in the Hill Country then go to sisterdale for a very relaxing and fun time. The customers that were there were very friendly and colorful. And pets are welcomed as well.

After an awesome day of exploring a lot of the area north of San Antonio we stopped by the Sisterdale Line. What an absolutely awesome place. There wasn't a lot going on that night is the weather had just got a little chilly so we walked out to the fire pit where everyone seemed to be standing and got to meet the owner and several of her friends. What a great group of people! We are from Illinois we had a wonderful conversation about how different our worlds are only a thousand miles away. We will definitely be coming back to visit!

Couldn’t get service to save my life. Owner( I suppose) was more interested in talking to the band then waiting on me and my husband. Wasn’t there for the steak and besides what did the steak have to do with getting a beer? Owner walked past us several times. Seems like they are more into the good ole boy system of keeping their click customers happy then getting new ones. Finally got one beer and left after going to the nasty bathrooms really glad I didn’t eat there anyway. A lot to be desired

Can’t afford to support local!!! What is going on at this place? I have NEVER left a review in my life anywhere. I want to support local but 5 dollars a beer??? They say they are competitive but 5 dollars for a shiner is not competitive. I felt very dismissed. Came in during the weekend and will tell all my hunting buddies to stop at Walmart from here on out. Use to be a fun hangout but now is just a greedy place digging in your wallet. Luckenbach isn’t even priced this high. Read another review where they said the distributors went up on them. Yep! 1.00 a case increase does not justify that high of an increase in beer prices. Retired from Shiner and certainly know about how price increases happen. Other bars in the area are much more competitive and they have endured increases as well. Will not return even if prices go down. Burned that bridge. Sad, when locals can’t afford to support local business. Good luck to you
