What a great place to get lunch! Old man Tinkerwick Trousdale and I came out to Bodega to secure a slot at the pier for next year for his 42" pilot house and once that was accomplished it was time to eat!
The Salmon sandwich was amazing!

We thought we'd find essentially a gas station convenience store type establishment, loaded with marked-up tourist souvenirs (like we had found at several other "stores"). Instead we got all the groceries and supplies we needed at reasonable prices. We were greatly impressed.

Best of the little shops in Bodega Bay for an amazingly wide selection - organic items to firewood to fresh produce to bait to a deli/pizza/burrito counter.

They have everything I need. Try the pizza. My husband loves it. He gets one every time we go to Diekmann's Bay Store.

We were looking for distilled water and thought we'd check Diekmann's before a longer drive. Sure enough, it was easy to find. This store has so much packed in. It is clean and carries some locally made items, which is always a plus for me. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and they have breakfast burritos and other store -made quick meal items. While items may cost more than you'd find at some of the bigger chain stores, consider the convenience cost and then, stop here.
