10:45am opening is advertised but wouldn’t open until 11:02 due to “need extra time to prep” but i walk in to multiple employees eating and the cashier with AirPods talking on the phone. Terrible service!

Literally just ordered from here on door dash . a chicken bowl ….. and they sent me this…… uhm is it supposed to be a joke ? Did someone eat it and send me the left overs ? Shout out to my door dash driver and doordash for fully refunding me! Wont ever order here again

The food was consistent but almost all tables were very dirty I asked for salt and they gave me that.

This particular location is always busy and the food is very flavorful specially the pollo Asado I love how is seasoned at this location. But the staff only works at one pace and it's slow. So if you are crunch with time you might try a different location. If not this one has fresh ingredients and the food is always good.

Chipotle is usually great, I did have an issue here today. The soda tasted like carbonated water, the lemonade tasted like water, and for some reason the quesadillas were only online order. Had to wait an extra fifteen minutes to get one while I was already there.

I love chipotle but I would not recommend this location!
If you are in a rush do not go to this location the line is always super long!

Have I entered the twilight zone, or is it real life an order with an ETA at 12 noon is not ready at 12:25? No one can tell me or the other 13 people in line WHEN we will get our food. Absolute insanity, and will never be coming back. Happy to spend my money elsewhere!
