Capricci is the best gelato shop around. Everything is made from scratch with high quality ingredients, and the gelato is authentic to how they make it in Italy. The shop is modern, fun, and in a great location. The owner David is the coolest guy and will definitely take care of you.
Best Gelato around. Everything is made from scratch with pure Italian style. David is a very cool guy, very friendly, and Italian (of course 😎). My friends and I come here 1 - 2 times a week. It's Just a minute walk from Mizner park, it will be the best decision you make for fresh dessert. Grazie David!
One of those places you would miss if you are driving by. Completely off the beaten path, basically known by the local residents only. Therefore, it is always empty.
If you had the real Italian ice cream (gelato) you've tasted a piece of heaven. The family that owns Capricci is from the Venice region (Veneto) in Italy and they make the real thing. Absolutely fantastic gelato home made right there on the premises. Nice ambiance and you can sit either inside or out.
They also make good coffee (espresso). Good for American standards, but unfortunately not quite to the Italian standards at this point.
I strongly recommend you stop by. You may not be able to park right up front. I did not see any parking lots, so street parking it is.
Amazing place. My boys and I come multiple times a week and David, the owner, knows us well. David is one of the nicest, coolest guys we've ever met. If you come here he'll take great care of you no matter what.
Best gelato I've ever had. Unreal how good it is. Just go and find out for yourself. It's delicious. This is gonna be my new goto place.
Wonderful gelato! We had the tiramisu, coconut, and chocolate. This place is legit! Wish they had a location in dallas.
Pro tip: get a scoop of ice cream (recommend hazelnut) and a shot of espresso right over it.
