4 people behind the counter, with 10 people in line, only serving one person at a time, . Absolute mess with the worst parking situation of any Dunkin Donuts in the nation. Manager "Rasel" flat out refuses to help any other customers even after demands by customers for someone to take coffee orders.

Absolute worst customer service. I go at 7:40am everyday and the two girls always have an attitude. One girl was on her cell phone and making my food with the same gloves on while texting it was VERY GROSS. ALSO, my co workers and I went to buy some food yesterday and while were ordering we got nothing but huff and puffs and eye rolls and asking if were "done yet". After all that they got our drinks wrong and we had to go back to them telling us we ordered wrong when it was correct on the receipt. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This place is a hit or miss... I have gone here and ordered a drink and loved it and I have gone here and had to dump out my entire drink.. the issue the lack of consistency... I like them more than Starbucks when the drinks come out good but it seems to be a 50/50 chance of success.. the food isnt too bad though

If i could give this dunkin donut a zero it will be the best the cashier esperanza g was rude and wen i check my order it was wrong so i came back for her to change it how about she told me i have to pd again for the order that she made a mistake the manager didn’t even try to help this happen today 4/22/19 at 9:46 am ..iit look like they don’t know how to work with costumers . extremely rude at this location.. went in with coupon received in my Boca Raton mailbox.
Don’t usually bother with them but with all this rain I needed to get out!

Finally they tell me.. Fort Myers coupon, post offices fault, cant help you! Extremely rude and customers behind me making rude coments to me for keeping them waiting.
I contacted corporate.. nothing!
I bought a cup full price, tipped the tip cup and will never go back!

Always fresh and always delicious. Only disappointment is that they stop making lemon-filled donuts. If anyone else out there loves them like me then please use the app or go to the site and complain and ask them to bring them back. If Enough people ask for them then they'll bring them back

Well after several times stopping by to get my breakfast, there is always something wrong
my coffee not sugar at all (I requested cream and sugar), my bagel was cool (I asked double toast), so I decided no to say anything, but the next morning my sandwich was again cold, my coffee was unsweet and sour. No matter how clean and fast, in order to get 5 stars at least breakfast also need to been taking care , please.
