Customer service was great! Mohan did an excellent job at helping me find the right heels for my occasion. Very kind and helpful, will definitely recommend family and friends to this store !
I tried on about 5 different heels and not once did he give me a bad look, wonderful person . I left the store speechless because of the Wonderful service.

I had a wedding to go to in Asheville North Carolina . Bought an almost 10,000 dollar suit . Just went to put it on , the guy that helped me didn’t put the dress socks i with everything . So now I have a wedding to go to with my o dress socks . I’m stuck in n Asheville with no car , what am I supposed to do ? Called customer care line , they hung up o me . What am I am I supposed to do with no dress socks ? Thank you for ruining my sisters wedding .

So I checked online for a pair of manolo blahnik heels. I ordered it online for pick up at Boca rotan and drove an hour. When we got there we received extremely poor customer service from this guy who worked in the shoe section. He was completely racist and assumed we couldn't afford designer shoes. I showed him I ordered these shoes for my wedding and he said if I was sure and was completely rude and nasty. He pointed and said we only have this shoe left and then I asked if they had one in the back and he said no. So I said so I'm suppose to take the display shoe which was dirty and he smirked and said I didn't have to buy it. Super unprofessional. So I called Neiman Marcus and said cancel my order and I'd never return there. Apparently only white people can afford designer shoes.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend that is 80 years old and does not want to be bothered by reviews. However, I am appalled at the service at this location and with sales specialist Margarita. After the alterations that were made (for over $250) the outfit that was purchased here ripped under BOTH arms. When she tried to get it fixed it was clear that too much was taken in, conveniently there was no manager for over 2 hours for us to talk to and it has been over one week and no one has gotten back to her. They really acted like there was nothing they could do. I would STAY AWAY from this sales person and their alteration department.

Beth that works at customer service has the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen in the history of me shopping at luxury stores. I don’t care how smart you are! People are spending their good money so treat people accordingly.!! Horrible!!
