Bazille

Fantastic food! Everything was delicious. Appetizers had were the crab bisque, tomato burrata and the Brussels sprouts. Main dishes were halibut & fries, crab mango avocado salad, steak fritte and the housemade chicken sausage & burrata. For dessert we had the white chocolate bread pudding (warm). Service was average considering it was not busy at all The waitress did not check on the table, we had to continuously go up to the bartender and ask for her or for what we needed, and food took a while to come out. Drinks were expensive and not outstanding. Will definitely return, can overlook the service and give it another chance as the food really good, the dessert was amazing.

We’ve eaten at Bazille several times and each was very enjoyable. I like the fact that they practice true social distancing, which helps with the comfort level in today’s crazy times. (We had stopped by California Pizza Kitchen, but left because booths were packed back to back with patrons). Our Bazille salads were fresh and tasty & the service attentive and friendly.

With many of Nordstrom restaurant classics, it's a popular spot to take a break from shopping or meet up for lunch. There are several dishes which keep us coming back, including the French onion soup, the crab bisque, the salad Niçoise with salmon, and the French fries. If you've been to a Nordstrom restaurant you know you don't want to miss out on the kalamata aioli or the balsamic reduction. I'm a fan of the selection, freshness, and flavors.

Was generally good, but here's a case where you can't be just good if the customer has high-end expectations due to where the restaurant is positioned both price-wise and physically (i.e., inside a Nordstrom). Heavier reliance on salt than I would expect. The service was ok, but, again, I was not expecting just ok. I shouldn't have to ask for things like a water refill. On the bright side, the crab bisque had nice chunks of crab. Unfortunately, speaking of chunks, the French dip had a small piece of unchewable gristle in an otherwise ok (again...just ok) sandwich. The meat was less than impressive, as my expectations were for perhaps thin slices of medium rare beef, while what I got was more like a Philly cheesesteak at a sports bar.

Had a loverly ladies lunch. I had a ice tea , J had a Chardonnay. I started with their French onion soup tasted a tad greasy broth was nice little too many onions for me in my opinion but it was all in all very good and cheesy . We both had that shrimp salad with a little cilantro lime dressing came with corn ,tortilla chips which we both chose not to have . Service but missing something. The room was very nice windows looking out looked real nice it was a beautiful day. I forgot to take pic of the salad , The shrimps were grilled it perfectly the salad was mixed .
