Marquis offered the worst customer service experience of me and my wife's life. Price was posted on huge billboard behind him stating " Margaritas 4 for $20". SEE PIC BELOW He charged me over $25. I asked why when the price was posted and advertised in the store he was overcharging me. He said, "Oh, the prices must have changed." I asked him,"I'm a regular customer and ask that you honor the price that is advertised." He said, "I will not honor that price."
What boggles the mind is that he did not care at all about us, doing the right thing nor show any type of hospitality nor customer service. Did I mention it was Friday night--peak dinner time--at 5:54 pm? The store was empty on Friday night dinnertime. Can you imagine what Corporate Tijuana Flats would think if they knew that their manager with no customers in his store--peak Friday night dinner--turns away the only customers to come in and not honor the posted prices and try to pull off a bait and switch? There are dozens of Mexican food type restaurants around that offer better casual dining at great prices.

I don’t know what is going on at this location. I ordered the chicken chimichanga to go and said i would wait outside. The person at the register said that they would bring it out when it was ready. 15 minutes goes by, I check, it’s not ready. I go back outside and wait for 30 more minutes before I go back inside to see my food sitting on the rack already. Who knows how much time I wasted there.

The food is amazing, everything is fresh and taste homemade! The salsa is incredible and the queso too! I got a shrimp bowl and my husband a chicken and steak burrito! We’re in love and very satisfied!

Food we delicious. I got the fish tacos and their nachos and wings. The wings were great, there was a bar of sauces to choose from to add to anything you wanted and their options were amazing.

Wings were crispy as requested!! Fast friendly service!! Skyler Mills was the absolute nicest server. Ace checked in in is to make sure our food was great!

Used to be great. Now horrible quality and service even though they actually have employees. I was told my last order would be 20 minutes. After 45 I got it, and it was wrong. Never again

Growing up eating lots of taco in NYC I was in shock how good the steak soft taco are in Tijuana Flats. Basically and simple this is a high end Taco Bell TACO.
