We need one of these on every corner like Starbucks right I had an issue and it was resolved very quick and got a whole GIANT Italian sub coming thanks to Brandon the manager there in Boardman he took care of the problem very professionally I never was in Jersey Mike's in Boardman that's why I gave it 4 Stars

I have to follow a gluten-free diet. I am very leery of restaurants particularly any which focus on gluten products like buns. I have heard many good things about Jersey Mike’s from the gluten free community, so I decided to give this a try. (This is the first sub from anywhere I have had since my celiac diagnosis).
They wiped down the counter. Changed their gloves. Made my sandwich on a new wrapper so as not to get any cross-contamination. Used a gluten-free bun in its own sealed wrapper. Made sure my mayonnaise was from a squeeze bottle and not from the tub with the spreader. I was very impressed with the care they took an absolutely thrilled with the sandwich they made. I will definitely be back.
