Ethan was amazing. They couldn’t find our reservation and after a long day that was the last thing we wanted to hear. However Ethan was amazing and got us in in a timely manner. He needs a raise!!

Not to long of a wait. Food was hot and fresh. Drinks were good. And our waitress, Debbie, gave us the best service with the greatest attitude we have had in forever. I will definitely go back and will also request Debbie.

Our server was great, my husband enjoyed his steak and ribs, I enjoyed my chicken strips. The kids mac n cheese left a lot to be desired. The menu boasts it being the cheesiest; however, it was like they pulled it from a box of generic grocery store brand. The kids food should be just as good as the adults.

Shout out to Samantha who made our recent visit to Texas Roadhouse Boardman an exceptional date night with my son! The food was great but we all know a server can make or break one's overall experience. The food was good, the company even better, & Samantha was like the icing on the cake! She never missed a beat when we asked for extra bread and kept my son's drink filled throughout the meal. Samantha was personable, polite and a fun waitress which made a good night even better! I hope we get seated in her section on our next visit!

It was one of the best fresh steak 🥩 , it is so good that the salt and seasoning were so gooooood ... Friendly staff and full of joy .

They just need to lower their AC not everyone can handle that much cold dining room, other than that it's a great place to bring family and friends into it .

When I arrived at Texas Roadhouse of boardman, I was greeted inside kindly and seated pretty quickly. For my starter, I ordered the grilled shrimp. The shrimp was delicious, although it lacked portion because it came with 5 pieces of shrimp. For the main course, I got the steak and ribs with a side of steak fries and a loaded potato. I would recommend this course as it was great in portion and tasted delicious. We also ordered the steak and grilled shrimp with a side of green beans, all of which were a good course. The service was kind and was often brought refills. Good place to eat.

I really enjoy the time spent here with my family. Being my first time and all. I really enjoyed the food. The ribs platter was my daughter's and she loved it.

Who doesn't love going to a steak house? This particular location is completely slammed no matter what time or what day you go. They don't accept reservations but they do let u call ahead/ go online to join the waitlist 2 hrs prior. The last time we joined online, arrived at the restaurant checked in and the hostess told us to go wait in our car to be texted. Personally I was offended and thought that was rude. I was going to leave but my friends wanted to stay. We ended up waiting 45 mins for a table instead of the quoted 10-20 mins when we arrived. We received our drinks, apps and salads quickly and then we're informed by our server that they were 50 mins behind on tickets in the kitchen. This knowledge should have been shared with us long before we sat down so we could have decided of we wanted to venture elsewhere. Our entress didn't reach our table for another 40 mins. I feel like this place needs to put a cap on the online waitlist once they reach a certain number of guests but they just keep packing em in and have lessened the quality of the dishes coming out and the guests experience.
