First time dining at GIAngelos, would absolutely recommend, as a friend also recommended them to us! Lisa our server was absolutely on it. You have a great one with her, as she recommended apps, knowledgeable on entrees, and sold us on desserts even after we were super full!
I watched all of the staff in the dining room as it was quickly filling up on a Sunday evening and they were all doing a great job, smiling nonstop yet quickly buzzing around. Bocce Balls were my favorite app and the red sauce is fire, also recommended the Pink Skillet as that was my meal! We also had the AP pasta over penne, Chicken Parmesan, vanilla bean cheesecake and hot chocolate lave cake. All fabulous! 3/20/22

Everything was sooo good. Ordered a Christmas (weekend) dinner here at the last minute and they were so kind and helpful and made sure they got my order right. The wings are really good and so is the pizza. I'd recommend this place 🙂

If you’re from the Youngstown area and you know Briar Hill pizza, then this is the go to. For those of you that do not know Briarhill pizza take a look below. It is absolutely fantastic! The other photo is of their chicken Parm. The gravy here is fantastic. This is a must go to.

Attended with a group. Everyone loved their food. It smelled great as soon as entering. I had mini raviolis with sausage. Delicious, and enough to take some home. Came with a lovely side salad. Others got chicken sandwich on pretzel bun with perfectly fried, golden house potato chips, spinning bowl salad with chicken, stromboli. All looked delicious.

Pretty solid restaurant. Food is pretty decent but I wouldn't say outstanding. Prices are very reasonable. There are other better Italian places in the area but this is a good one to visit to mix things up.

I was in the area and always love their salads and other specialities! I decided to call and order a carry out buffalo chicken salad with a cup of their wedding soup. I was in placed on hold 3 times, until my order was finally taken. Once the girl reviewed the order with me she told me it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait! Their food is good, but their wait times are ridiculous. Needless to say I did not wait 45 minutes for a salad and soup.

Poor excuse for an 'Italian restaurant and bar'. Very overrated, food was average at best, server had no personality, the dining area got very crowded and there's no kind of space between one table or the next (clustered!) And when we spoke to the female manager about our watery pasta sauce she acted as though she didn't have the time or empathy for it. Skip this place, there are plenty of much better Italian restaurants in Youngstown.

Unsatified customer. Picked up call-in pizza. Got home. It was the wrong pizza. Drove back. Manager was rule when complained. Wanted money back. Manager refused. Thug-Busboy made rule comments. Told Thug-busboy where top go. Thug-busboy taunted me all the way to my car. Manager's name is Max. Owners name is Frank. Never go there again.

We went with a family of nine. All the pasta dishes were great. Their Mediterranean pasta was the best pasta dish I've had in years. The kids pasta dishes were large enough for my pre-teen boys and money saving. Speaking of which, everything was reasonably priced.

Skimpy toppings!. Ordered their prize winning Brier Hill pizza to go. Opened the box at a stoplight on the way home and was<br/>shocked at the absence of peppers and sauce too. Had to stop at a grocery store to buy a jar of peppers to add.<br/>Five little pepper pices per slice?!? Youngstown has many great pizza places - lots of competition. You cannot<br/>skimp on toppings or you'll be out of business. Basically, I paid $12.00 for a 16" wide piece of baked dough. I sent Gia's an email but never got a response. I doubt that their award winning Brier Hill pizza slices had five<br/>pepper pieces per slice. Their sauce? Could not comment because their was so little to taste. In Youngstown,<br/>every pizza you make better be your best.
