Great service-friendly staff-but don't know the difference between white n dark chicken!

Both the staff and the manager both seem to have a strong attitude toward even making small substitutions on orders the chicken smells burnt everybody kind of had a bad attitude in general and I'm not particularly fond of the not a penny less not a penny more type of attitude because I guarantee that's going to be the perfect recipe to end up the next great car title loan pawn shop or CBD dispensary in town word to the wise for the franchisee

Chicken was delicious. Miss the buffet. Maybe someday it'll be back.

Went through the drive through ordered a$20.00 bucket and order of Chicken Strips. Didn't get the Strips.

Order the 12 piece chicken tender family fill up for $20.00, online. After arriving home, I discovered the gravy was missing.
Otherwise the food was good and hot enough to be eaten without needing to be warmed up.
Very simple order but the store lacking any type of attention to detail. Sad!

The gizzards were burnt could not eat them at all. .. not even my dogs could eat them
What an embarrassment for this kind of "quality" to come out of the Bluffton store. If management was paying attention, this would have been a trash can special...
very disappointed . The rest of the chicken was hot and fresh.
