Starbucks

The drive thru associate could not have been kinder! I was that person.....the one that added something at the window. I offered to pay and park, and walk in to get it. She insisted it only takes a few seconds, don't worry. Her kindness was appreciated. Visited 7/29/23 early afternoon. ☺️. Awesome experience!

I stopped by this Starbucks location after lunch one Thursday as I was heading out of town to Charleston. I used the drive through and my order was very simple: a grande hot brewed coffee with half & half. There were a couple cars ahead of me in line and each received their order quickly. (I overheard that car in front of me telling the barista over the ordering intercom that her's was a mobile order.) When I got to the serving window my coffee was ready. The barista scanned the bar code on my wife's Starbucks app and we were on our way. The whole process took about five minutes. I realize that this location can sometimes get busy and that patience is in order. And I also realize that my order was about as easy as they come. But I've been to some Starbucks locations with the same order at the same time of day with poor results. The most common problem with my order has been coffee that is obviously not fresh and is rather lukewarm. That was not the case with my order today. My coffee was hot, delicious, and satisfying. So, my order was correct, the barista was friendly, the service was fast, and I was back on the road happily sipping my coffee in no time!

Everyone who works at this location is so kind! I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup, and when I arrived, the lobby was closed. Normally I would be fine just going to the drive-through to get my order, but the line was wrapped around the building and I was running late to work. One of the kind women that works there brought me my drink and bagel to the door. It was so appreciated, especially given how difficult things are with everyone being short staffed. ❤️❤️

The staff here are incredibly warm and friendly. They memorized my drink after my third visit and anticipate my order when I get there. The lines may be long at times but I know they are hustling to try to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. You can never truly anticipate an unexpected rush. Thankful for this location where I always feel welcome.
