This location is so convenient. It is mere blocks from my home and the service has always been great and the pizza is always ready when it is promised to be. The only negative was that the air conditioning is broken in the store and the employees were working around multiple ovens in an unbelievably hot environment. Somehow they were still polite, friendly, and conscientious. Their boss should know how rare that is. Please fix this problem for your awesome employees.

The young man that took my order at the place (I believe his name is Antonio) was the best. He was joyous and very polite. He even brought my food out to the car when it was ready. Now that's service. My pizza came out just the way I ordered it.

For a quick dinner. The pizza was fresh and delicious. I have it four stars because the Manager was in there by herself. Taking orders and cooking. It was pretty dam busy. I shame Pizza Hut for that and doing what every restuarant does around here. Pay low with no benefits.

Ordered really late and they were very polite! They forgot one thing so i came back and they made it for me really quickly,we order from this location every so often and never had a problem.Very good customer service nice word goes a long way.

Ordered delivery from them tonight because papa John's wouldn't answer the phone....pizza tasted better, took half the time to arrive, even though they are farther away, and pizza arrived HOT....sorry papa John's you have been replaced

We have ordered from the Burnt Church Rd Pizza Hut a number of times and the pizza is great and the service has been very good. Had a wait a little a few times for our order and once there was a problem with the order I did on line - they couldn't find it, but they made it good but we did have to wait 20 minutes to get. But all in all, we have been very happy with them and as I have said the pizza and other food we have gotten there has been great.

There was a mistake with my order at first, but the manager, Star, made sure our order was made right the next time. She was very helpful, and kind. She genuinely took care of her customers and I really appreciated that. This Pizza Hut does a great job!
