Moe's Southwest Grill

This has been a five-star Moes location to visit for over the past 3 years!! Consecutive with cleanliness, customer service, food quality, and meal preparation!! Always a pleasure to have a meal at this Moes!! All the employees take excellent care of their customers and the line goes quickly. On some visits you may be surprised to see the “dream team” working smoothly and flawless to make each meal fresh for all visitors! I appreciate all the employees at this location you can tell a well managed, clean, sanitized, happy place when you see one!! Thanks so much!! Always welcome at this Moes!!

I've been to dozens of Moe's locations across the eastern US, and this is my absolute favorite, without question! The people are friendly and still give a hearty "Welcome to Moe's!" when someone enters. The tables are kept clean. The food is always fresh and made correctly. They've ruined me for other Moe's locations. 😆

I love Moe's generally because of the great food. And that's true specifically for my local Moe's in Bluffton. They do a fine job in that department. My challenge with this store, however, is the age and condition of the place. IMO, it is long overdue for refurbishment. There comes a time when things have deteriorated to the point that the impression given is neglect, and the descriptor I use when asked is "a bit dingy." That can be a real plus for a dive bar, but this isn't that, is it. I overlooked that negative during the pandemic, but now I find myself less and less understanding of why it is the case. Hopefully, a remodel is soon coming.

Great food and most employees are friendly. Some are not, but it is a fast food joint. They do a good job keeping it clean. Too much cilantro in the salsas though. Need more options for those of us who do not like cilantro, esp so much of it. Also not crazy about the open salsa bar... seen some pretty gross stuff at those things.

It was Moe's Monday, discount day 😁. The restaurant was clean even though they were busy. The line moved quickly, food was fresh and good. The staff were polite and some were comical. Food was prepared how I expected and tasted great. We tried a different salsa, pineapple salsa and it was pretty good. Awesome experience. "Welcome To Moe's!"
