I want to give my grateful thanks to Panera employees that help me today. I had ordered on line for Delivery service and the driver left it in another store. I got to go to that store and the employees there were eating it. I called Panera and told them what happened and they fixed another for me without cost. THANK YOU PANERA AND THERE EMPLOYEES FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

What hearts the management and employees at Panera have!! Some weekends, I work security at the two Tanger Outlets. There had been a 3-car accident in the parking lot between Panera and Saks Fifth Avenue. One of the cars hit belonged to a sweet, elderly couple, but the wife was badly shaken on top of being nearly blind. I went to buy the couple some sweet tea from Panera to relax them a bit, but management would hear of it. They happily provided the tea, free of charge. Even the employees were selfless and were too glad to give. Those are some great employees in that restaurant!

I was in late last Sunday night (November 6th) and the manager on duty was super sweet, very accommodating and very helpful. The food was great and made exactly as I ordered. For sure will return to this location :)

I ordered the half tuna sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was satisfying and filling. The soup was thick and cheesy with tender pieces of broccoli. I really enjoyed dipping my French baguette into the soup for that extra indulgence. The tuna sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup were both delicious and satisfying, and they complement each other well. The service was fast and friendly!

Cashier cursed while we placed our order. Wrong items were charged, we just ate it. I don't blame the cashier, I believe they were not trained. Food was good.

We stopped in after a late day at the shop. Did not feel like cooking… We were greeted by our server Kenneth with a big smile and great attitude. He handled our order quickly and was awesome to speak to. Really appreciate the attention and service he offered. Right on Panera
