Fed 96 people for a school cleanup, the manager was very accommodating to our request, Had the meals prepared boxed with all condiments, napkins, chips, and a cookie. Ready for pick up at the desired time. Great to work with. Would use this firehouse sub anytime. Customer service 10 of a 10.

A young gentleman named Noah was extremely helpful. His knowledge of the sandwiches was of great value as I was unsure of what to order. He made me leave with a smile on my face and gratitude in my heart.

This is the only restaurant in Bluffton that actually still greets customers at the door. I don't care if they were short staff or how long we waited. Being recognized is a top priority. Food is always great and I have been a returning customer for many years as a local.

Food was great, service was spectacular. While eating, the employees we're making mention of some regular customer that they knew by name and were guessing which sandwich he would order. He walked in and surprised them all. They also made conversation with several other customers throughout my meal. It felt like Cheers LOL. Will return

Love the way they prepare their Subs. The staff here is always ready to help and make you feel welcome when you enter the establishment. The restaurant and restroom are always clean. I highly recommend eating at this location! Happy New Year Guys!

Love this location. Always fast. Super attentive and pays attention to details. Gluten free sub rolls are really tasty and they always have enough for our family on hand. Frequent here weekly. Definitely great service!
