Everything was so good we left the plates empty! Had to share the empty plate picture for an example! Definitely recommend this spot for Mexican food. Best there is in all of Beaufort county. I have been to la hacienda, mi Tierra, mexicali, San Miguels and none of them meet the best Mexican food qualifications. You want the best of the best, and authentic, come to El Nuevo Vallarta!

Get the ceviche! It's a huge portion on the appetizer section. I ordered it as my meal and I couldn't finish it. The service was just okay. They weren't busy while I was here, and they didn't bring me napkins or silverware even after my food came out. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I'll be back for the ceviche and hopefully have a better service experience.

Alright, brace yourself, because those Tacos al pastor were like a flavor explosion in my mouth. And let's not forget the sauces – they were like secret weapons of tastiness. The flautas? Oh boy, they took incredible to a whole new level. But the real star of the show? La sopa de minudo. That stuff was downright excellent – hearty and full of that homemade comfort. Now, let's talk service. We're talking 5-star treatment all the way. The folks working there were on point, making us feel like royalty. The whole experience was just a fiesta of flavors and service.
