Celebrated with a Christmas dinner here and the hibachi chicken was good and the Plum wine was absolutely delicious!

Out of all the Japanese restaurants in the immediate area, this is my favorite. I've tried the others and they are sub-par to Safehouse, in my opinion. I recommend this place and will continue to return here for Japanese and hibachi style cuisine. Food always looks and tastes fresh. This place has always been busy regardless of what day of the week I visit. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Lots of people celebrate birthdays here. And they do a great job to make it a fun experience.

I am the vegan in the family so my review is not so much about the food. My husband loves Japanese steak houses and THIS one is always available, so it has turned into a family 'go to'. They accept reservations - which I recommend on weekends after 5:30 specially in the summer - but are not always required.
The service is prompt, the food is plentiful, and the servers are attentive. This is not five star dining, but the entire vibe of the restaurant is sincere, accommodating and working hard to please.

Really good food is served here. The steak is juicy and tender. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic at the hibachi tables. The sushi is fresh and overall, this restaurant is efficient and definitely worth visiting.

We had salmon bento box for dinner. The food is good, potion is great, but the price is slightly high. Go try to go on lunch for they have lunch special with half the price of dinner.

Went for my birthday while we were in Hilton Head and it was yummy! Atmosphere was nice and the little birthday sundae was fun!

My son always pick to come here for his birthday because they make him feel special! Food taste great and the chefs are always very entertaining. It’s more fun when people you’re eating with participate. Take the Sake & catch the broccoli in your mouth when the chef toss it to you, you only live once people.

This is where we went for my daughter's birthday. We went later in the evening. And that did not change a thing I mean they were closing when we left and the show that we received, the birthday celebration that they gave, the food, etc. Good people good food worth every bit of it.

First time at this place and all I can say is Yummy. Had the Volcano Roll and it was by far the best I ever had. If you are traveling or vacationing in the Bluffton SC area this is a must. You won’t regret it.
