I work in Bluffton so we decided to try out Fancy Sushi after work. We started with a complimentary appetizer which I believe was fried Kani. Delicious! My wife got the Vegetable Tempora which came with a salad. She enjoyed it.
For Sushi we got the Rock and Roll roll, the Spicy Trio Roll, the Lucky Dragon roll and the Surf and Turf roll. All were outstanding. Loved the thinly sliced Steak on top of the Surf and Turf roll.
For dessert we tried the Fried Oreos and Banana Ice Cream. Both sweet and yummy. If you’re ever in Bluffton definitely check them out!
First time here and we dined in for dinner. The waitress was very nice and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and the seating was comfortable.
Now the sushi was delicious and the prices per roll was right! We started with the miso soup which you can tell by the way it taste was fresh.
The special spicy trio roll was delicious with the sauce they used on top.
The regular rolls we ordered- spicy tuna, spicy salmon, boston and eel cucumber were good as well. Highly recommend this place!
This place has the freshest fish we have had in a very long time! Great selections and service was great! Maggie, our server, was very personable and attentive! Would highly recommend this restaurant!
Always amazing with accommodation and food allergies or preferences. Amazing customer service and they Remember regulars wonderfully. Been in the area for 18 years and struggled to find an Asian place that accommodates Vegan-vegetarian diets, other places don't make fried rice without egg or certain vegetables but this place makes each order fresher than others and the quality of the vegetables and tofu is amazing.
I always order extra Tofu and vegetable which is an upcharge but well worth it.
Affordable food, feeds 1 adult and child with left overs. (:

When I say I loved this restaurant I LOVED this restaurant. We came in with reservations for 6:00 but they were able to seat us at 5:30 when we had arrived early. There seems to be only one waitress here. We received a delicious FREE appetizer. Our waitress even gave us two free soups as well. I was extremely impressed by my sushi and the hibachi. I am overall very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend the rock-'n'-roll, sushi roll. Highly recommend this restaurant for any group looking for good priced sushi. so so good and so fresh. I am very impressed and happy with my experience. Please consider going.
Service and food were great. We were not in a rush so we didn't mind waiting for a little bit. The server was all by herself, but besides all that service wasn't too crazy slow. It went smooth. Atmosphere is great. My favorite sushi roll is the flaming dragon. I really love the guava hard candy they have.
Fantastic and original sushi creations from this unassuming strip-mall restaurant. Always friendly service. Our family drives from Beaufort! This is one of our regular spots to dine.

My family visits Hilton head every summer. This summer I had fancy sushi for the first time, and I will be back every summer after this! When I tell you the sushi is to die for, and it’s not $16 a roll either! My boyfriend and I dined-in 2 days ago. We had a late lunch/early dinner, we probably got there around 3:30/4. We both got water & our waitress promptly took our order, after we asked for more time first 😅. She was polite, clean, and expedient. We felt very welcomed with a free appetizer, it was a delicious eddie roll. Again we did not ask for this, it was on the house! We shared 3 rolls, one being the fancy dragon, I think? They cut a piece of orange into the shape of a dragons head for the front of the roll! It was incredible! And it tasted even better! One roll had kiwi on top which was new to me, but it was tasty! The lobster salad was great too!
Tonight I placed a takeout order, as i couldn’t imagine leaving vacation without dining at Fancy Sushi again. I ordered online, where the full menu was located on their website. The website was extremely user friendly, I even asked for a side sauce with one of the rolls & of course it was already in the bag when I went to pick up! I was also given ANOTHER free appetizer roll again! They know what they are doing! There are no wrong answers on the menu. Everything is great, again! I prefer raw sushi myself but even their fried rolls are absolutely fantastic! If you’re a sushi lover like me, you HAVE TO give this place a try!
Great little sushi place. Wouldn't go as far as "fancy". But the rolls are fantastic, and the service is good.
