Went through the drive thru. The machine to place the order didn't work. After pushing the help button, we were directed to the pick up window. We had trouble placing our order due to masks, distance through window, and all the noise inside the building. We finally got our subs and the young girl tried her best to make it all work out.

Messed up my same online order twice. It happens and I normally wouldn’t be upset but they were grumpy about remaking it the first time it happened and did not speak one word to us the second time it happened. Like we walk in hand them our food and 10 minuets later we get new subs pushed in our direction with zero communication.
But this subway is still a lot better than the one in fairmont. That place sucks. Everyone else who works here seems to be very nice and I would recommend this subway to any one as long as they are okay with checking to make sure their online orders are correct before leaving lol
